For most customers, NDAs are not necessary. We can make quality lists without knowing your specific acquisition target or portfolio company, so long as we know the industry and comps.

If an order overlaps in any way with prior work we've done, we assign a separate, independent team to start research from scratch, so you can be confident your list is not recycled or overlapping with another sponsor.
