These terms govern your use of the PE Lists LLC ("PE Lists," "we," "us" or "our") website at pelists.com and the phone, email and text message communications we send. By using our website or agreeing to receive our messages, you agree to these terms.

Our services

PE Lists builds acquisition target lists and contacts owners of private businesses on behalf of investment firms that may be interested in investing in or acquiring their companies. Any conversation with us is informational. Nothing we send is an offer to buy or sell a business or a security, and no agreement exists unless it is signed in writing by the parties involved.

SMS messaging terms

• Program description. PE Lists sends text messages to business owners who have agreed, usually during a phone call with our team, to receive texts about scheduling and following up on that conversation.
• Message frequency varies based on our conversation and is usually a few messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not text you again unless you agree to it again.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email support@pelists.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Our handling of your information, including mobile numbers and texting consent, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. The content on the website belongs to PE Lists and may not be copied or redistributed without our permission.

No advice

Information on our website and in our communications is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Please consult your own advisors before making decisions about your business.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
